Hi mi name is Michael Moroch a week ago i purchased a boy in space sweater from the getonfleek website i payed for the 3-5 day shipping and it was suppose to be here on the 11th of September and ive tried to log in to use the tracking number but i forgot my password sent 3 emails to get a recovered new password and still haven't got an email from u guys. I live in Saskatoon Saskatchewan and my address is 1538 Haslam Way.
I just would like to know what happen with my order if it got lost or somehow misplaced.
I ordered the sweater in the begging of September on the 2nd. My phone number is 306-514-****.

Wrong product shipped - company unresponsive
Back in early May I placed an order for a custom t-shirt and after a long wait I finally got my product but it turns out that they sent me the WRONG PRODUCT, not the one I originally ordered. Sigh, fine.
I emailed them as soon as I noticed and tried to get it exchanged, company is completely unresponsive after sending many emails to get this corrected. It's been over 2 months without any communication between getonfleek and my self. I've tried to correct this problem but they have no interest in getting this fixed.
Do not order from these people they have no idea what they are doing.
There phone number does not direct to a live person only way to contact is by email. Trash customer service.

Wrong material late order
Made an order and now silence.
A hoodie similar to the one we ordered came on March 30. We ordered a pullover hoodie and received a zip-up.
Received an email saying that the post office had lost the package. Since it was their fault, the customer takes a 30% hit for a refund.
They offer no proof the hoodie was even made or shipped. But I still pay the "30% restocking fee." I'll update if I receive that but I have no faith at all that #getonfleek will do the right thing.

I placed a order with the impression that I should receive tracking info sometime that day when never received info when looking for info so io can c when the order is looking to b shipped or received this thing tell me the 27th and I placed the order long he 6th. I need these terms for the 17th that's crazy then no contact info no number mail in that's ridiculous seem like this site is designed to not have contact info to keep people money. Cause I placed an order on the 6th and being having questions since but haven't been able to contact any one not the type of site I will like to deal with in future!
