I order my product on November 11th.It has still not arrived.

They say that it is shipped but to no avail. I followed up with them on several occasions asking where my shipment was. They responded but failed to do the right thing or provide any real customer service. I need it for an event this Friday December 8th.

I was not concerned about regular shipping because I ordered the item a month in advance. I advised them when I needed it and if I didn't have it by the date to cancel the order and refund my credit card. They told me that all Christmas sales are final and no refunds.

I think this is a really bad disreputable company that should spend less time and money marketing and taking people's money on overpriced novelty items and more time trying to actually deliver the products successfully.I wish I would have checked some of these sites before because I can see that others are having the same disappointing experience.
