We ordered and paid for express delivery. To start, that's a joke, especially if they are outsourcing to FEDEX... we paid a premium shipping charge and it doesn't say when it will arrive until after you purchase it. We learn later that the expedited shipping charge would have arrived on the same day as regular shipping. Then we get notice that our package has arrived... people are home, other packages arrived that day, but nothing from this seller. So we contact them and they said that it's not their problem and now we are out the money we spent and nothing to show for it!!! This company is run by recent college graduates (2014) and it shows.

Cant Cancel an order even if it’s not shipped?

I ordered something for as a Hanukkah present. A sweater. I ordered on Nov 22nd. Now that tomorrow is Dec 1st and there is no estimate as to when we will get the item or when it will be shipped, I would like to cancel. If the company could guarantee that I would have the sweater by end of week but they can’t based on their website, sure wish they had a customer representative that would actually talk to you. If I were to get the item this week I would be happy but no communication and reviews about this company and horrible. People think it’s a scam. I want my $49.99 back if so!

Ordered a Xmas outfit on 26th October, site says item sent, nothing arrived still until 11th December. No response form Customer Service, no phone to call, feels like I've been scammed. I have had to now dispute the charge with my CC company. Stay Away.

I ordered a tracksuit and spent about $100 and still have not received or heard anything from them. I ordered on July 14th 2018 and sent an email a month after asking where my package was. I still have not heard anything and today is September 17th 2018. The track order page won't even load the page to track my order. No response via email. Is there anyway to report this website to shut them down and prevent other consumers from this problem? I can't believe the page is still running after so many horrible reviews that I wish I had seen prior to purchasing my order. Which is strange because I recall doing my research when I was buying the product and have not seen any bad reviews up until AFTER I ordered from them. For example, the youtube video DO NOT ORDER from getonfleek. Super upset and disappointed about this and I really want to prevent this from happening to others.

Ordered items 12 days ago. Upon checking website, for delivery update, the "information was unavailable?!?!" Furthermore, where is there a phone number listed, on the main site, to contact someone, in regard to orders or questions?!?!. The website directs you to go to "helpgetonfleek.com" but ironically, that "site is not available?!?!?" Furthermore, when I input our order number, there is no information available?!?!? I would like to speak with someone, about my order, however, reaching someone, is difficult, when you do not have any contact information. As the customer, we do deserve an explanation, for the delay. If I knew that all your orders were being shipped, from overseas, and there was the strong possibility of "lost items in transit," which is stated on your website, upon checking your order details, we would not have ordered from your site!

Hi mi name is Michael Moroch a week ago i purchased a boy in space sweater from the getonfleek website i payed for the 3-5 day shipping and it was suppose to be here on the 11th of September and ive tried to log in to use the tracking number but i forgot my password sent 3 emails to get a recovered new password and still haven't got an email from u guys. I live in Saskatoon Saskatchewan and my address is 1538 Haslam Way.

I just would like to know what happen with my order if it got lost or somehow misplaced.

Back in early May I placed an order for a custom t-shirt and after a long wait I finally got my product but it turns out that they sent me the WRONG PRODUCT, not the one I originally ordered. Sigh, fine.

I emailed them as soon as I noticed and tried to get it exchanged, company is completely unresponsive after sending many emails to get this corrected. It's been over 2 months without any communication between getonfleek and my self. I've tried to correct this problem but they have no interest in getting this fixed.

Do not order from these people they have no idea what they are doing.

There phone number does not direct to a live person only way to contact is by email. Trash customer service.

Stay away.

I ordered a crewneck and shirt from their site in April, received it well over a month later. Advertised as cotton polyester, ended up being 100% polyester. I have ordered a shirt from them over a year ago and it was great but this was a blow to me. I was excited and the order took so long that I completely forgot about it. This false advertising violates the FTC act and makes this business a participant in illegal activity. Disgusted and disappointed. Absolutely disappointed. They have a 14 day return policy which I must pay for but I live in Australia and cannot afford to even send them off within the next week (tight bills). Getonfleek, used to be good, now is a blatant cash cow of a scam website.

A hoodie similar to the one we ordered came on March 30. We ordered a pullover hoodie and received a zip-up.

Received an email saying that the post office had lost the package. Since it was their fault, the customer takes a 30% hit for a refund.

They offer no proof the hoodie was even made or shipped. But I still pay the "30% restocking fee." I'll update if I receive that but I have no faith at all that #getonfleek will do the right thing.

I ordered a hoodie on Feb. 10th. I realize I should've looked on the BBB site to see their failing grade but I was in a hurry and didn't. Feb. 21st, I emailed them to ask for an update. Several days later, Christie replies with an order number. I look it up and it says it would ship on Feb 27th. We waited patiently. It's now March 12th and I've asked two separate times for an update. No replies. Their website says you can "talk" to someone for help but they provide no number. I searched for one and found one, only to hear a recording saying you can research your order online and if you have questions they have an FAQ that would help. We just want our money back, as the trend for the item we ordered is well past any fad or fashion at this point.

I ordered an outfit on March 9th with the expectation it would arrive by March 24th. On March 19th i tried to contact them as well as several times after willing to pay expedited shipping. I received a response that they would get back to me in 2-3 days. Which will be after the party. Customer service number didn't work. It takes way too long to get merchandise and they don't give refunds.

I placed a order with the impression that I should receive tracking info sometime that day when never received info when looking for info so io can c when the order is looking to b shipped or received this thing tell me the 27th and I placed the order long he 6th. I need these terms for the 17th that's crazy then no contact info no number mail in that's ridiculous seem like this site is designed to not have contact info to keep people money. Cause I placed an order on the 6th and being having questions since but haven't been able to contact any one not the type of site I will like to deal with in future!
